The judge ordered the agency to release injury and illness rates for 13,000 work sites that had been notified by OSHA that they had exceptionally grievous records. If released, this list would effectively rank companies by the rate of accidents in their workplaces. The agency currently does not formally release injury and illness rates for specific work sites.
