    All of the 26 State Plan States have posters on their occupational safety and health program that employers must post in the workplace. Twenty (20) of these States have an English poster available on the State website and 15 States have a Spanish poster electronically available. Two States (Minnesota and Washington) also provide the poster in other languages on their websites, including Arabic, Cambodian, Hmong, Korean, Laotian, Oromo, Russian, Serbian, Somali, and Vietnamese.
